I received the product and the top cover of the case was not attached all the way around. It had come loose during manufacture. I wrote a review and gave it a 3 stars for this reason. But the company sent an email apologizing for the inconvenience of the defect and promised to send another battery. The battery I first received was of very good quality except for the problem with the top. It charged up in no more than 30 minutes and appeared to be of good quality. I was only disappointed with the top because I thought a problem might develop with moisture or that the top might come off completely. Since the company is replacing the product I am happy and have raised my rating to 5 stars.

So far I've been really happy with this battery. I bought it to be able to separate out my console unit from my cranking battery and it's worked great! I was a little apprehensive to buy it at first, because you hear people bad mouth cheaper lithium batteries, but it's been great so far! I'm very happy I bought it! I've gone out fishing several times and it's never ran dead yet during a trip. I've recommended this battery to several friends and other fisherman to run their units and I will keep recommending it!

I purchased this battery for my livescope. It last about 8 hours on a charge. After several months of use the battery would not take a charge. I contacted the seller and it was replaced without question. Amazing.

The battery is only a few months old. It charged fully and has recharged fully at rated capacity. Waiting to see how long it continues to do so.

I ordered this battery and received the first one with in just a few days excellent fast shipping, great packaging, and product, BUT do to no fault on the seller (Nermak is the seller), UPS destroyed this shipment the box was torn up and the battery case was cracked and dented. So 5 star seller! 0 star UPS handling (can we give UPS negative stars). Seller sent a new battery out, and it arrived perfect !! Seller was fast and polite with responses. Battery works flawlessly. If you need a Lifepo4 battery I would suggest this seller, he is 100% honest and will fix any mess up's that our great shipping companies have ( sarcasm ). Battery arrived as it should charged and ready to go. It took my charger about 20 minutes to top it off to 100% charge, specs on the battery are exactly as advertised.

Battery arrived dead and un-chargeable. However, after contacting seller it was quickly replaced and the replacement was perfect. This has been a positive experience. Kudos to this seller. Thanks!

Lasted only 6 months. Will not recharge. Used it for Livescope in boat. Did not last. Would not recommend.
