All I can say is, this product does what it said it will do. No bad taste. It definitely boost my energy levels without any negative digestive side effects. It is a small capsule which makes it easy to swallow. I do not take any prescribed medications, so I cannot comment on mixability with other medications or supplements. It does not seems to cause any concerns with my multivitamin or B Complex vitamins.

These have been a lifesaver for me- I’m prone to uti’s and once I started taking these they have significantly lessened.

I used this in pregnancy to avoid group B strep -- something every pregnant woman should know about. Roughly a third of woman test positive for GBS -- they will test you near the end of your pregnancy, and if you're positive they will put you on IV antibiotics before you give birth so you don't pass it onto your baby. Unfortunately, the antibiotics will also harm your good bacteria and prevent you from passing those onto your baby as well, which is a setback for your precious baby's immune system. The amazing thing is that GBS can usually be resolved by taking a product like Flora Bloom, which has the rhamnosus probiotic strain. I started taking Flora Bloom near the beginning of my pregnancy and recently had my GBS test and tested negative. Very thankful I don't have to do the antibiotic IV. (You don't necessarily have to take it that long before testing, but the more time the better and if you only have a little time you should take higher doses.) One additional benefit I found about this product is it seemed to also have a bit of a laxative effect. After I took it I noticed gurgling in my stomach and it seemed to contribute to loose stools (which for me in pregnancy is a good thing -- I tend to struggle with constipation during pregnancy, which I think is common thanks to the digestive system getting squeezed for space.) My last pregnancy the constipation led to hemorrhoids which made the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy miserable (had to carry a donut cushion everywhere because sitting down was so uncomfortable!) This product has been a useful tool in my arsenal to prevent the constipation from happening this pregnancy, and my due date is almost here without the horrendous curse of hemorrhoids that I had last time. I believe that the ingredient in this product contributing to the laxative effect is the D-Mannose, which is a common ingredient in sugar free candy which can have a similar effect on many people. If you look up D-Mannose on WebMD it says a common side effect is loose stools.

These are great. I became prone to getting UTI’s after gastric bypass in 2013. After passing out a few time from not knowing I had the infection, this stopped my issue After taking the antibiotics to cure it. I suffered for 5 years fighting theses UTI’s and all the hygiene ins and outs that come from women taking antibiotics. I was tired and wanted my life back. I tried to replace my usual Azo daily probiotic with this brand. It got the job done and I feel good but Azo must have some type of secret in the sauce. I’ll stick with with them. 😂 Your va-jay jay will thank you for using this product. Gives you a rejuvenated feeling.
