desertcart.com : Skinny Pasta Fettuccine, Gluten Free Healthy Shirataki Noodles, 6 Pack | Keto & Vegan Snacks, Low Carb Konjac Pasta, Miracle Noodles for Weight Loss, Low Calorie Glucomannan Meal, Ready to Eat Food : Grocery & Gourmet Food

Review: Wonderful! No nasty smell or taste! - I bought the first iteration of konjak noodles that were available in the US. You've probably all heard of the brand. At the time, you had to buy an entire case, and I did. I washed them, I rinsed them, I cooked them, but nothing could get rid of that horribly nasty taste. The first packet disgusted me. The second packet almost made me throw up. I threw out the rest. So, it took me a very long time to try another brand, but I tried these and they're great! Yes, the texture is not *exactly* the same as the texture you get from regular pasta. But, as a low-carb eater, it is such a joy to be able to eat pasta again without consuming excess calories. I could go on about the various ways I've prepared them, and the recipes I plan to try, but my bottom line is that these feel and taste like pasta with none of the nastiness of earlier konjak noodle brands. It's a miracle!
Review: Once you mix it with your own sauce the noodles absorb that flavor and I love it! Its healthy - I'm a big pasta eater and all Italian so I was skeptical to say the least lol. I knew this was plant derived so I went in knowing it would have a different texture so as long as you know that you wont be shocked at the taste. I mean, come on, its 20 calories for the bag!!! Once you mix it with your own sauce the noodles absorb that flavor and I love it! Its healthy, makes me feel like I'm not missing out on my carbs and you can mix it up with so many different things! Chicken, feta, roasted tomato is yummy! Best part, it takes like 6 minutes to prep and cook!!! I will definately be buying it again and more shapes!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ texture is hard and rubbery
*by J***E on January 23, 2023*

it’s flavorless so what ever flavor you put in it is good, i don’t have a texture problem but if you’re looking for something that is carb free and has the same texture as noodles then don’t get this. the noodles are like crunchy kinda a rubbery texture and not soft when you bite into it what so ever, it’s not bad and i will still eat them it’s just not what i had expected.
