Brilliant design!
This product is ingenious! It can be made to fit a variety of configurations and expands to fully take advantage of all the space. You just tilt it down as you put the frame in, to go under the pipes, and then stand it up in there and add the shelf thingys to fit around the pipes. Easy to put together, and it's very solid once assembled. In my bathroom cabinet it sits far enough back to allow me to hang my blowdryer on the door with a hook and still be able to close the door. I was able to fit a lot more stuff but the cabinet is far less crowded because it uses your vertical space. It looks very nice and super organized. I am going to buy another for under my kitchen sink.

under sink rack
Easy to put together, sturdy and spacious. I originally purchased for under my kitchen sink but am going to move it to the bathroom. I purchased another rack that doesn't have the cross bar at the bottom of the 2 end pieces. Because my dishwasher has a tube leading from it that bar prevented me from installing the rack all the way back. Still everything is nice and neat now and easy to find. I am only giving 4 stars for versatility because of that cross bar preventing me from using it under my kitchen sink with the dishwasher tube interference.

The concept is exactly what I am looking for but...
The unit does feel strong and the panels for the shelves are sturdy but they aren't perfectly flat so they don't sit completely straight and as a result some of my lighter bottles are unsteady. You can try to bend the panels straight but it's hard to get them perfect. I wish that wasn't the case. That makes the whole thing feel overpriced. I wish they were all just nice and flat like they should be. I can live with it so I am keeping it but as far as buying more for my other cabinets, I am still shopping around. Also wish the shelf was a little deeper but that's not a deal breaker.

Great storage option
These are great under the sink if you have the room. They fit neatly under the pipes and hoses while providing lots of storage space

Difficult to assemble and not sturdy
There were a lot of issues assembling this. Unfortunately, I had everything under my sink strewn around the kitchen before I began, so I stubbornly made it work instead of putting it all back in and returning the shelf. For one thing, the inner telescoping rods were stuck inside the outer rods so I had to remove the connectors to get them to come out and telescope. The connectors clip in place and I was unable to get them to clip back in. Still works, just doesn't look as nice without the connectors that bridge between the two telescoping pieces (the connectors also would protect it from falling apart if I pulled it too far). The screw plate in the end of one of the rods was off at a 30-45 degree angle. Somehow I was able to screw it in, and then bend the whole pole to get it to line up. I had to finish the assembly inside the cupboard so that the rods would be in place within all the drains and hardware under the sink, and that was somewhat difficult, but not as much of a hassel as the previous issues I mentioned. The little shelf parts that go inside are a good idea but they don't sit flat, so some smaller bottles and such would fall over if placed on them. For such a simple little shelf, it was a much bigger job than it should have been.In the end, it works ok and looks better than the plastic bins I had under the sink, but it wasn't as ingenious a solution as I had hoped. Still, it's done and it's in there, so it's staying.

Biggest Piece of GARBAGE I've ever bought from anywhere!!!
I have absolutely no idea how people put this piece of crap together. I've been buying and assembling household and office furniture for myself (not professionally) for over 25 years and I have never received anything this badly designed & manufactured. I see the pictures where people somehow got it to work so I don't know if this was sabotage or their assembly machines broke or what but I bought TWO of these and neither one was functional. All of the pieces were great EXCEPT the poles which you are supposed to be able expand to fit your space. The pieces did NOT fit together and were unusable. Basically, you have metal tubes with welded in threaded pieces for the screws to attach to on one end of the two tubes. The other two ends are slightly different. One is round, one is square with a funky little thin plastic piece that is supposed to hold the two tubes together and keep the one with the square end from falling out of the round one. Out of 8 poles (technically 16 because 2 poles fit together to form one piece, 4 for each organizer) only ONE worked. The other 7 did not fit together properly. The round piece was too big or slightly bent like someone banged in with a hammer to fit through the plastic piece so they were stuck inside the other tubes and unable to come out to extended to the right size or the plastic piece was damaged (broken or plastic material was too thin or too fat for the tube to fit through. None of the tubes looked manufactured properly to fit inside the holes even if the plastic part was tooled correctly. Deeply frustrating and disappointing plus a waste of time and energy and a big hassle to write a negative review to warn others, repackage, send the item back and try to get refunded. Massive AGGRAVATION. I tried for about an hour to get the pieces to work but every time the tube did come out the plastic piece proceeded it flying out first and then the whole tube fell out. I tried putting the plastic piece on the tube before putting it inside the other tube but, of course, it wouldn't fit because the whole purpose of the plastic piece is to keep it from flying out of the other tube. Sigh. I recommend avoiding this purchase but there are some positive reviews so maybe they sent us returned damaged items instead of new. Up to you if you want to roll the dice and take a chance but I recommend looking elsewhere.

I love this rack!
For years I have wanted a shelf under my sink. I’ve even asked people to make something for me. Then I found these on Amazon (Duh! Should’ve looked years ago!). It fits under the sink perfectly, partly because it’s adjustable, and the metal sliding shelf piece is easy to arrange around the pipes. This works great! My only regret is that I haven’t been able to find a couple more of the metal movable racks. Under my sink used to be such a mess. Now I’m thrilled with how it looks.
