Replaced Motrin
I’ve used this twice in place of Motrin for cramping and abdominal gas. It’s wonderful. I’m hooked for life. Bonus…fresh breath!

Great for upset stomach and indigestion
Most of the time I use Ricqles Peppermint oil when I have upset stomach or indigestion. I use few drops on a teaspoon of sugar or few drops in a glass of water and sip it slowly. Not too much cause it has alcohol in it. It soothes the stomach and help you sleep also when in pain.
