I'm new to wrapping my own pallets, and had disappointing results with the available "built-in handle" stretch wrap options from Wmart and OfcDepot. Learning from others, I knew I wanted a dispenser with adjustable tension. The PALPAK100 is a well-made, easy-to- use product. Tightening the tension slightly as one approaches the corner of a pallet provides a snug, secure fit, and a stable pallet. Is the PALPAK the least expensive option, or the most expensive? No. But my experience after wrapping six pallets with this device shows it strikes a great balance between quality, function, price, and lack of frustration. Side note: do not compromise on the quality of the stretch-wrap itself. No dispenser in the world will fix flimsy, easily broken, inelastic wrap.

Thank you for making an American made product. Thousands of Chinese knockoffs on here and they are junk. This thing is perfect for our small warehouse and I’m proud to be supporting jobs here. Good product, easy to use and high quality!

So far, no issues with the quality of the product. When purchasing plastic, be certain the inside diameter of the cardboard tube the plastic is wound onto is at least 2-1/2”. Otherwise the end caps won’t fit inside and the roll will flop around. You’ll also have to completely unscrew the two halves to get the plastic installed which takes just short of forever.

Buy American Made Whenever Possible. If this company made a straight bar shrink dispenser I’d buy it

First impression...well build piece of equipment Second impression...well designed piece of equipment Third impression...easy to use I've only had mine for a couple of weeks but it has already saved my back from bending over to hit the bottom of the pallet load. It is very sturdy, works well and it's really tough to screw up a pallet wrapping job. The tension control makes it a one-handed operation and you wrap. Well done and worth the price.

Product works great but the rubber washer on the bottom breaks off to easy

This is well built and works as expected. Makes the job so much easier to wrap pallets. Tool solid. I love that. Excellent product.
