I do not believe that this was a cotton voile..quality not there! I am returning..Amazon is so great in returns. I would caution that the photos you see on this site may not actually be the scarf you would receive. The flowers appear to be large and medium in pic and the one I received were tiny small ones...completely different. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yellow scarf exceeds expectations! *by ~***~ on Reviewed in the United States on April 17, 2017* The yellow scarf is quite lovely! The pattern appears true to the posted image; although the reddish colors are slightly less pink in tone. The floral pattern is crisp and vibrant, and the background is a rich, pleasant true yellow. The colors in the floral pattern lend themselves to wearing the scarf with clothing of blue, red, orange, purple, and green in the olive tones. The fabric is a slightly coarse, more open weave cotton voile. Voile is always a delicate fabric; and this scarf may be slightly more prone to snagging due to the looser weave; but that is the nature of voile in general. The size is as expected: the length and width is sufficently generous to allow use as a shawl (I am not a petite woman). The fabric also drapes softly when used as a neck scarf. The edge hemming is sewn in a longer stitch, which may help prevent puckering after laundering, but may also be a bit more prone to snagging. The scarf does need a cool touch up ironing to remove packing creases. I have not laundered the scarf yet; but voile generally shrinks slightly when washed, even in cold water, and requires gentle pressing after air drying.I am absolutely pleased with my purchase, and will likely purchase other scarves in the near future. ### ⭐⭐ Deceiving description *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2017* The product description is "The women scarf is made of high-quality soft lightweight cotton voile material, designed in the print floral style." As I prefer cotton to polyester, this seemed to be a good choice for me. However, the description on Amazon is deceiving. The label on the product itself is 100% polyester.
