I’ve used this once every two weeks for about a year now and it works SO WELL. My hair looks toned and icy just how I like it! The consistency is a little odd but it lathers up well and does the job it’s supposed to do so that doesn’t bother me. It also leaves my hair feeling softer and less damaged after use. Love this shampoo!

It gets rid of the yellow toned on my white hair! Rinsed out well and I do get occasional compliments on my white hair!

Classic shampoo for blonde dyed hair. A must have for colored hair. It does (and can) stain linens so make sure you have plenty of room to keep it in the shower. A great scent that's in line with other Kristen Ess products. A fair value.

I have type 3C hair and this combined with the shampoo works well for it without leaving my hair feel dehydrated. It does a great job of taking the brassy tones and cooling them. The instructions are fairly vague about how often to use it besides "as needed." I used it 2x a week for a few weeks until I achieved the coolness level I wanted, and now use it 1x every 2 weeks to maintain it. I apply the shampoo, and rinse it out without leaving it sit, then apply the conditioner and leave it sit for about 5-10 minutes. The only issue is it stains the shower almost immediately after coming in contact with the wall. A little got on it, and by the time I finished applying it to my hair to wipe off the shower wall, it had stained purple streaks. It takes a lot of scrubbing and cleaning to get it off the shower walls. I will most likely reorder this and would recommend to others.

Brassy blondes look no more! I've tried a million purple shampoo and conditioners and this is hands down the best! People ask if I had my hair done, just from using this. I switched to the Aveda version for my last bottle (cuz I love how Aveda smells) and it just didn't work at all compared to this one. I finally finished the old and came back to this product and will never switch again. It truly is the best. The smell is very nice too. But honestly, the platinum blonde result is absolutely top notch. Search no more!
