Works well but very small
This roller works well but very small! It is pictured next to my other foam roller. I am 5’6 and 110 lbs and I have to keep recentering myself so I don’t fall off!

Our second roller
This is really useful for travel or at home after workouts. It hurts in a good way. I had purchased a foam roller in the past which was too squishy but this is just right.

It’s hollow in the middle
Which means that I can put small items, even fragile items in there to protect them during travel. The roller is smaller than the full foam rollers, but it is considerably firmer, perhaps harder is the word, than the foam rollers. I use it to roll my back out and it clearly is not as comfortable as a full foam roller, but it’s a pretty decent substitute during travel.
