Love this item,it's quick to charge,very easy and comfortable to use,my husband has also used it for bad back pain,it holds the heat for a long time, I would recommend this product.

I bought this for pain relief after being fed up of boiling the kettle for a hot water bottle to keep it topped up. It takes no time to charge and it is a game changer for me. It stays warm for so long as in hours! It’s comfortable and durable I’ve taken it to bed when it’s cold too and it is so safe to use I haven’t stopped sending the link to my friends it’s so good!

Great product. So much better than reheating water from a hot-water bottle which leaves tiny bits of plastic in the kettle! I bought a second one so that I could have them on rotation as they don't stay at max temperature for very long whilst sitting on my lap at my desk, although they do retain a lot of heat under a duvet throughout the night. Wish they were a little bigger, to be honest, but still worth five stars.

honestly terrible, at first it was amazing was heating up good but after a month it doesn't heat up and lets off a burning smell, and it is a very big fire hazard it sparks alot

Stays hot

It heats up really quickly and last ages. Easily manageable to put on aches and pains. Small and compact. Would recommend.

I got one of these as a Christmas present. I just find it fabulous. So purchased for my elderly parents parents whose water bottles kept leaking over bed . I was scared they would get burnt. These have solved that problem. Their heat retention is great also.

Worked well for just over a week then started heating on one side only instead of top and bottom sides.The temperature is very good, just right, no burns, no over heating.Shame it stopped functioning as it was meant to.
