So far so good. The specs were the same for an oven that was significantly higher in cost.

I am exceptionally pleased with this oven after spending weeks reviewing the available smaller ovens. My "gourmet" gas oven is hard to get a stable or predictable temperatures, even with an oven thermometer. I was concerned about this oven's appearance, since it looks a bit commercial in pictures compared to the competition, but it stands out nicely and looks better in place than the picture. It bakes perfectly. It can get very warm, so perhaps not safe for animals that can jump on top of it (cats). I could not be happier with it. Pizza and breads come out excellently. Its wattage is maxed out for a 15 amp line, but on high for an hour it did not blow a fuse. It works great!

Compré este horno y me ha funcionado muy bien. Calienta rápido y el sistema de convección ayuda a que los productos horneen más parejo. Tiene buen espacio con sus 4 niveles y la puerta de vidrio permite revisar sin abrir. Ideal para repostería y para hacer varias bandejas al mismo tiempo. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Awesome oven heavy duty and just what we needed. You will need plug adapter if you have older 15 20 amp sockets..no big deal because this thing is worth it. Professional size and weight! Takes about 15 minutes to heat up to temp but let me tell you I bought this in April 2025 and use it a lot! Waited to review and I highly recommend this. I needed a new wall oven but got his instead and love it ! Best thing is if I ever move I can take it with me!

Do not set temperature to your usual oven temp. I usually bake at 325F and as you can see that is the darker one. I lowered the temp and less time and it baked way better (lighter & taller) I also use water baths and the water was leaking. I wish it had a humidifier button or something to help with condensation.

Excelente horno

Even though the description in the 43L and the 66L both state 120v it does not state what kind of outlet you will need. Here’s how I know that . I had purchased the half size 43L or QT size oven and it was for a 120v and had the 3 prong plug which is standard in the USA. I just bought the next oven up from that size 66L come to find out it has a T power plug. I did my research after I received the beautiful oven to see how I could make it work with the regular outlet. Nope, you shouldn’t use an adapter, change the plug or alter an any way as it could damage the unit or cause potential damage if not used as intended. So I called my electrician and he came and swapped out the outlet. This unit is definitely more powerful than the other one I got and that’s because the power source is up because it is a slightly taller unit. It can fit the chunkiest cookies on each level without issue. The oven is pretty quiet without all of the rattling. The value is great and should be easy to maintain cleaning . I bake cookies and if you’re looking for an oven then this oven is a great one.
