The Soft Tissue Release Handbook: Reducing Pain and Improving Performance

Although the book seemed like a good reference, the writing and explanations weren’t quite my cup of tea. I’m sure for others it might be a great book, so I recommend trying it to see if the writing is an issue for you. Ended up returning the book, because whoever package to Book at the warehouse, I just dropped it in a box that was not fit for the book, leaving it with bent corners. Additionally there was a smear on the book. So it seems like whoever touched the book and put it in the box may have not worked with clean hands. Either way I would’ve returned the book. But I don’t want this to affect the author, or the seller of the book. Perhaps the seller can wrap it in some sort of cellophane, to protect the outside a bit better. I try to make a picture of the smear, but no matter what angle are used it wasn’t visible on the picture.

Great reference book....you don't need to pay the high price for certification in ART. This book is a perfect reference.

Great book, easy to conceptualize and implement what is shown. The Authors did a great job. Great reference for honing the skills.
