Perfect product
Because of dual use of hot and ice , so convenient , I can microwave it and heat it or keep in fridge and use it as ice pack, if I use ice pack, it melts and wets clothes or bedsheet,just make it little more durable and equal heating

DO NOT BUY - Poor Quality, Leaking gel
Within just a few days the gel started to leak from and the edge is torn, not even started to use hot. Just used cold for couple of times.

The quality could be better
The cloth opened after one use and the gel came out. i had to fix it with fevikwik as the timeline to return was over. However it workd for long once kept in freezer for cold therapy on pain or sports related injury. and also works fine for heat therapy on old sprians and strains.
