Item delivered opened
9/10 times these products are amazing. I’ve never noticed anything wrong with them. However, this time, my package arrived opened.I’m not sure where in the process this happened but the amazon bag remained unopened to the naked eye. However, the mystery box was opened and taped up (including the bag inside).While unfortunate that I didn’t get the joy of opening the package myself. I’m still satisfied with the product. It’s beautiful!

Box was opened and product damaged
The box was taped shut and the bag inside was opened. The face on it was missing or blacked out. My daughter was extremely upset. She was really excited to receive it only to have her heart broken.

Omg how adorable are these #POPMART figures 🥰 this is my second purchase as I am a brand new collector and have only purchased two of them although different series. Although as we spk I've just purchased another one from another series so I will have 3 collections to collect and I'm going to have so much fun doing it lol 🤭🫣🤫 I don't know about my bank balance having fun but I certainly am and thank you amazon for these beautiful little collectable figures 👌❤️

Details seem kinda off
The details on the product seem kinda off. From the photo you can see the paint on the body is messy, her head also has two scratches. I never see this happen when I buy it from the store. Kinda disappointed
