Not a Diet - A New Lifestyle
I have followed Connie on business advice years for years & I have learned so much from her. At the beginning of the Covid Pandemic, she announced publicly that she was trying something called Intermittent Fasting. I was intrigued & thought, "Let's see how this goes for Connie."I love the parallels between Connie's book and the hit movie with Will Smith called Pursuit of Happyness. Connie shares some childhood stories that led to her being overweight. The book shares some very personal details of Connie's Journey to losing 120 pounds and lowering her A1C to move out of pre-diabetes. Connie's teaching style is "If I can do it so can you" this down to Earth philosophy applies to her approach to intermittent fasting.

Simple guide for a healthier life
GREAT life-affirming afternoon read. Very encouraging book for anyone who desires to lose weight and gain better health. Connie’s writing is always authentic, educational, down to earth and easy to read. In this book she explains a simple way to get started on a success track that is easy to begin immediately. Connie is a great example of how to reach your goal as she shares her journey to let go of over 100 pounds! Congratulations Connie!

Informative and Inspiring Work!!
Connie has shared her inner most hurts and victories with regards to the reinvention of herself. She draws us into her life with her memories and experiences and compels us to keep reading as she overcomes obstacle after obstacle to create her best life yet! I am inspired to reinvent parts on my life.

Very Relatable
This book resonated with me so very much. Connie Ragan Green writes in such a relatable way. Talking about her struggles and then her steps to overcome many of the obstacles she faced was so inspiring. I feel as though I know the author though we've never met. It is worth the read for the encouragement and insights that Connie shares. Thank you for being so open, Connie.

An achievement of a fulfilling healthy life style through IF (Intermittent Fasting).
A number of books and articles are written about IF but none like the author Connie Regan Green offers. Connie takes us along on her brutally honest life journey involving struggles with food comfort addictions and its impacts on her health and emotional well-being. I could not stop reading her gripping story.IF is not a diet but a lifestyle Connie so vividly shows us through her own story and masterfully intertwines the science behind IF. Her dramatic health shift, confirmed by her doctor, is a testimony of her commitment to gain back control of her health.Regardless of the health issues a reader faces, this book offers a valuable understanding of a healthy lifestyle adjustment for everyone in a most encouraging approach!

Holding nothing back
Connie is brutally honest about her own bout with weight control and lack thereof. She also includes science to back up how IF allowed her to succeed. My only complaint is the book is repetitious. Connie is involved in online business where, I guess, the standard is to present information multiple times to make a sale. I don't think it was necessary to make her point here. I got it. That said, I admire Connie's determination and congratulate her on her achievement of a healthier lifestyle.

You can change your life and your healthy with the information in this book!
I couldn't put this book down. Connie Ragen Green gives us a personal, sometimes raw look at her history and her struggles with weight and with health. Her ultimate triumph using Intermittent Fasting (and it is a triumph) will inspire anyone looking for an answer on the often bumpy road to health and wellness!

Intermittent Fasting as a Lifestyle
I've known Connie for a while, follow her online, and have personally witnessed her incredible business success. But as we discover in her book, she had never really overcomed her lifelong battle with weight. Connie opens up on her greatest struggles and shares experiences on how she created for herself a new life of joy and satisfaction. A very empowering book!
