Nordic Ware Compact Ovenware 5 piece Set

This little 5-piece set is perfect for our very small camping trailer, and I used it in a Coleman folding camp oven before we got the trailer. Since everything nests together, it is very compact to store. The muffin pan and baking sheet are pristine after 3 1/2 years of use. I’ve used the muffin pan often for homemade gluten free rolls, breakfast casserole bites, cornbread, and even brownies. I use cooking spray before baking, and it comes clean as a whistle in a jiffy. The casserole has one scratched spot, but bakes all kinds of casseroles and coffee cakes perfectly. I just had my hardest cleanup ever, after reheating leftover French Toast casserole in the same pan it baked in. I had burnt on and stuck on residue. After a long soak, and a good scrub, it is completely clean, shiny and ready for the next recipe. There is no rust anywhere on any of my pans. I admit, I really only use the rack as a cooling rack for cookies and other baked goods, so it washes up by hand with just a swish. The lid is very handy, too, especially for letting bread dough rise in the muffin pan.When this set finally does give out, I will absolutely purchase it all over again. In fact, I might just buy an extra rectangular casserole pan now!For the price point, this set is amazing!

Excellent little set that easily fits my toaster oven. I've already used the muffin pan, and it gave me a perfect set of normal-looking cupcakes. The little broiling rack also served as a handy cooling rack. The muffin pan also cleaned up very easily. I've yet to try the other pieces, but I'm confident they'll work just as well. Everything feels solid, well-crafted, like it'll last a long time.I do have one tiny problem with this set. Although the lid fits fine on all the pieces, it doesn't lock on tightly. Also, all the tins have a little hole that means the lid doesn't really seal it at all. However, given how well everything else works, and the reasonable price, I can't in good conscience take a star off for something so minor.I'm very glad I purchased this set, and look forward to using it to cook many small dishes.

I purchased the 5 piece set to use in our new smart oven (breville mini). The pans fit fine, actually smaller than what the oven can accommodate but plenty large for what I will use it for. I went with this brand because it is USA made and I have a number of full size pans for my big oven that have lasted many years. For these smaller toast oven size pans they are just not as sturdy as the full size pans. First - I got 4 pieces and not 5, there was no pan cover (but I doubt I would ever use the pan cover so it’s fine for me). The nonstick coating works fine and the pans are easy to clean (but beware metal utensils- they look like they would scratch easy). The baking sheet did warp in the heat on first use. Overall they will be fine for my needs as they will see light use but I’d question how well they would hold up for heavy daily use.

Great sizes and the cover for the muffin and casserole pan is great. I have only washed them by hand so far so cannot say how they would do in a dishwasher. The little rack is perfect for cooking meat. UPDATE: 2ND WASHING BY HANDAfter the 2nd hand washing, the bottom of the roasting pan and cookie sheet became discolored and began to leave a dark residue on the towel that I dried them with. The interior was still perfect, but the residue rubbed off on my hands when I picked them up and felt tacky. Used Dawn detergent and warm water only. Not sure what happened here. They look old and worn on the bottom after the 2nd use.

I just received the set today and love it. I haven't had the chance to use it as of yet but I am able to tell that it is a good quality and will be great for our RV oven. My biggest concern when ordering the set was the size of the muffin tin. Though it isn't made for the huge muffins you could get in a bake shop, it is big enough to make an average sized muffin or cupcake (though I don;t really plan on making that in an RV. The different pieces have a non stick coating that look a bit more durable than you would see on a standard fry pan and seem to be very sturdy

This set is perfect for my toaster oven. To be able to make a smaller cake using my toaster oven is a bonus. Perfect for this two person household. The no-stick finish makes it so easy to clean. Fabulous Nordicware quality!

This is great for 1 or 2 people. It is a small set! But still really useful.

At first I was disappointed because all the pans were smaller than I wanted but kept the order anyway. I have made fries several times with the tray and used the baking dish a couple of times. I didn't know if they were supposed to be dishwasher proof but I always handwash and dry my baking dishes so didn't try. Yesterday the tray was sitting on the counter which had become wet. When I picked it up there was a dark grey smear on the counter. I wiped the pan with my dish cloth (and ruined the dish cloth) and it was saturated with the grey substance. The interior of the pans is "non-stick", the exterior is obviously aluminum or worse. I have several other pieces of Nordic Ware so assumed a superior quality. The price should have tipped me off. I would like to return the pans but my return date has passed and I can see no way to contact Amazon to request a return for defective items. Not impressed.

De tamaño perfecto para el horno eléctrico. Además de que su material antiadherente es muy bueno. No ha sido necesario engrasar los moldes y el pan sale a la perfección.

Bought these for camper trailer. Fit well in the oven, easy to clean. Have even used on BBQ and still holding up well!
