Review: Extremely pathetic colors and quality. - All the pencils are pathetic and definitely not smudge or water proof. As the description says that it can be used on eye waterline too. Not at all recommended for that as it is smudging and spreading on my eye really bad. Colors are also totally different from what are posted in the pictures. Really really bad experience and would definitely not recommend for buying.
