All the pencils are pathetic and definitely not smudge or water proof. As the description says that it can be used on eye waterline too. Not at all recommended for that as it is smudging and spreading on my eye really bad. Colors are also totally different from what are posted in the pictures. Really really bad experience and would definitely not recommend for buying.

I love these eyeliner pencils. They are definitely dry and don’t irritate my eyes. They blend well and have pretty colors.

So far, I’m really happy with this eyeliner set! I don’t like spending a lot on eyeliner, so getting 12 bright, smooth-gliding pencils for $10 was a great deal. The colors are vibrant and apply effortlessly—no tugging or pressing hard like with other budget liners. I don’t have sensitive eyes and haven’t experienced any irritation (though I don’t apply to my waterline, which might be a factor for some). I’ve seen reviews about the tips breaking, but I haven’t had that issue—just be gentle and don’t twist out too much at once. They stay put well during the day, don’t smudge much, and remove easily with makeup wipes.

These liners/shadows are great. Simple pencils. Comes with sharpeners, one with metal blade one without. Not sure why that is. The black one broke on the first day I got them. Had to sharpen A LOT. The black is what I originally wanted and it breaks. The other colors are lovely and bright. Goes on smooth and for the money u get so many. Stays on!!! Hoping for a single new black liner.
