Helped Me Get Through My Workouts With Less Pain
I've used this knee brace for five workouts so far, and I'm very happy with it. The quality feels solid and durable, and the adjustable straps make it easy to get a comfortable, secure fit. It stays in place well during workouts without slipping or needing constant readjustment. The biggest benefit I've noticed is improved knee support and reduced pain during gym sessions. It provides good stability while still allowing comfortable movement. After several uses, it has held up well and continues to perform as expected. Overall, this is a well-made knee brace that offers excellent support and comfort. I would recommend it to anyone looking for extra knee stability during exercise.

A bit of false advertising but good quality, good for the price and does what's intended
I bought this to replace a meuller knee brace I bought at a sporting goods store that wasn't working for me anymore. I'm only 25 but I've had knee pain and buckling since I got hit by a car in the crosswalk last year after they ran a red and weren't paying attention. I was really worried about wasting my money because I'm kind of having to be frugal right now, so I did do some digging into the claims around this brace before I bought it. I can tell you that the doctor holding the brace in the picture has nothing to do with this product, and the bit about it being 'worn by professional athletes around the world' is false. It was hard because there is literally no trace of this knee brace or the brand that makes it anywhere else online except for this Amazon page. But I can tell you it was designed in Isreal in September of last year and the designer filed for a patent on it in April of this year which is still pending. So it is not designed in America and made in Germany like it says here either. The box says made in China also. But false advertising gimmicks aside, I bought it anyway based on the good reviews. I'm 5'7" and around 155lbs and bought a medium. My measurements are 14" to 16" and it fit perfect. It is a very good quality brace, it seems sturdy and does what it's supposed to do which is make my knee feel more stable and help with the pain. It is a little shorter than the meuller brace, about 2" difference, but it is a better brace than that one. It does leave red marks on the skin, especially where the knee hole is, and made my skin itchy after wearing it for a while. I put on a copper fit sleeve under it which fixed the itching and after wearing it for a while I'll see if it helps the marks too. It is a bit bulky so don't expect it to be invisible under pants like the woman wearing skinny jeans in the product video. But over all, despite some false claims to hype the product, it is good quality and good for the price (it was $19.99 with a $2 coupon making it $17.99 when I bought it, I see it is now $24.99) and it does its job very well. I do recommend. I have noticed after wearing it for a few days I'm having to pull the straps a little tighter than before, maybe my knee was swollen and I didn't realize and this fixed it or maybe it's stretching, I don't know. If it is stretching I will probably update that later. But right now I can tell you it's a good brace and worth it.

Nice fit
I am a very elderly senior, with a disrupted ACL that I don't desire to repair surgically. I have two strong braces, but they can only be worn for a limited time before becoming uncomfortable. I was looking for a light weight brace that I can use when gong out that will give me support with minimal discomfort. So far, this brace does the job. I is easy to put on/off, and provides sufficient support that I can go about my travel/chores without worry. Also, minimal sweating, which is important. To determine which side is out, just look at the box. It will show it.

These braces are made for athletes.
I do bootcamps, HIIT, cycling, and weight training for two hours each day. My knees become overstressed, so I needed to limit my activity. After one week of heavy workouts with these braces, I'm really happy. My knees don't hurt, and the hard stays on the sides keep my knees stable. There is NO SLIPPAGE at all, and they're actually very comfortable. I'm able to do full workouts, sometimes forgetting I have them on. I love that the braces are fully adjustable, so don't cut into my leg. The flexibility of the braces doesn't restrict my movement at all. I'm able to do full squats, cycling, lunges, all of it, while protecting my knees. These braces are VERY GOOD and are my new normal when working out. And they look good. I color coordinated them with my shoes.

Terrific knee brace for torn meniscus recovery
Have a meniscus tear and this brace provides the stability I desperately needed, at an amazing price. My orthoโs brace charge was $300 and bulky, and more than I needed. I can now do my daily operations without accidental twisting/lateral movement. The support is solid and I can adjust for under pants or over. Itโs also very comfortable. I liked the options on color. Highly recommend.

Makes your knee sweaty. Sizing is too large.
-I followed the instructions on their sizing chart and ordered a medium but found it to be too loose. I need a small so you may want to consider going down in size which is the opposite of what they tell you. -The braceโs material made my knee sweat since itโs neoprene and it wasnโt breathable. The sweat just made the looseness even more pronounced so I wasnโt getting the support I wanted. -It was very easy to put on and there is a big hole right where your knee cap goes so thereโs no mystery as to whether you have it in the right position or not. Thatโs one of the good points of this brace. -The straps could be pulled tightly too so thatโs good as well but you canโt tighten it up enough if itโs simply too large a cuff which was my case. -Some details I didnโt like. Their stitching is done in such a way that you end up pulling the tab of the strap in the wrong pace (see the pics where Iโm pointing with my fingers - the index finger is where I kept pulling but itโs the middle finger that is where the tab is actually lifted.) I can imagine over time that you would end up ripping the different parts off because you continuously mistaken those parts for the tab of the strap. -The version I got came with a โfree giftโ which was an exercise band (black) and it also came with an instruction manual that included exercises you can do for your knee which I thought was a really nice touch. Kudos to them for that. -Overall, I think this is just ok and provides some light stability and compression. But Iโm looking for more. 2/23/26: the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund along with apologies that I did not like the product. I thought that was very considerate, but I declined the offer since I was able to get a full refund from Amazon because I returned it within the allotted timeframe. 2/24/26: the owner, Daniel, contacted me and said he was glad I was able to get a full refund and he offered me a free sleeve to try and this time I accepted the kind offer. Iโm curious to see if the sleeve, in a small, will be supportive. Iโm very impressed by Daniel and his company for 1) actually reading the reviews and 2) contacting us to try and make it right. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products. Good for them! 3/17/2026: I did receive the promised sleeves and have tried them out while playing pickleball. I find them to be very supportive because they have a semi-rigid "stabilizer" on both the medial and lateral sides, providing support. I actually prefer these to a brace because they are both flexible and supportive. I would recommend giving these sleeves a try if you don't want/like a brace.

Helped me recover from a partially torn ACL
Im a nurse, and as a nurse I'm a horrible patient. I'm the last person to think I need to seek treatment. In January, on a Friday, I was playing with my daughter. I jumped and felt a pop in my right knee. I couldn't put weight on my leg and it hurt any time weight was put on it. My leg would give out if any kind of weight went on it. I immediately knew something was veryyyyy wrong, but I also in denial and was going to treat it like a sprain, with a knee brace and rest. Basic RICE. So I went on Amazon, read the reviews, and bought this. This brace allowed me to put a little weight on my leg and decreased my pain. It expecially helped in bed. If my knee even went slightly out of alignment it was super painful. I did my own research over the weekend and all my symptoms pointed to a torn ACL. Still in denial, because sprains are easier to deal with then an ACL tear, I kept treating it for a sprain. I went to work on Monday limping and refusing to do less then I always do (the knee brace helped immensely with keeping me active). The only difference I made was sitting when I interviewed a patient instead of standing. I talked to one of the anesthesiologist I worked with who convinced me to make a doctor's appointment because she told me it sounded like a torn ACL. Well, after a doctor's appointment with my primary, a CT scan, and then seeing an orthopedic surgeon.. I had a diagnosis of a partially torn ACL. My primary, and the orthopedic surgeon were pleased that I had been wearing a brace and they liked the knee brace I was using. To avoid surgery the orthopedic surgeon prescribed physical therapy for me. The physical therapists took a look at the knee brace and were very happy with the one I was using. I would take it off for physical therapy, but I wore it for work, home, and sleep. Eventually I was able to strengthen my knee and leg enough that I slowly weaned myself from wearing the knee brace. Every once in awhile I would wear it for support if my knee ached too much. After I graduated physical therapy I saw my orthopedic surgeon who was extremely happy with the progress I made and said it was up to me if I want surgery. I feel like I'm almost back to normal so I am not getting surgery. He said ACLs never repair themselves so it will always be torn. Because of this knee brace I was able to recover the use of my knee to almost what it was before. I'll always have issues pivoting, but I didn't do that much before so whatever. I currenly feel no pain, can stand on my right knee, walk completely normal, I don't even notice that my ACL is torn unless I step wrong (like twisting my knee) or try and pivot. This knee brace gave me great support for my knee It was the perfect size for my knee. It fit well and never slid down. The compression for it helped keep the swelling down without cutting off circulation. The design worked so well for my partially torn acl. I would recommend this brace to anyone who needs it.

New Knee
Provides a lot of relief and support on my knee. I can bend it, put pressure on the knee with the brace and feel little to no pain. I always make sure to bend my knee at about 30 degrees while putting it on as well as not so tight to cut circulation. It compresses well enough and stays in place due to the ridging on the inside. I measured my knee and felt a medium would work best, it fits 90% fine however I mightve done better with small because it would allow me to tighten a bit without the straps overlapping, they get close now. I will stay be staying with the medium.

Not very comfortable!
For the price of them I expected much more comfort. They work, well supported but I gym 3 days a week and am a plumber during the day. I can wear for 2 days max with joggers on under the knee support before the backs of my knees are sore and painful where they rub and cut...very dissatisfied!

Meh
I have worn knee braces at times for the last 40+ years. I have never needed instructions to figure them out, at least until now. It was difficult for me to get it on securely. It just does not provide the support I need. It does seem of fine quality, the stitching and materials are good. It just doesn't do it for me. My knee does not seem more stable, and is still hurting as much as it did before the brace was put on. For reference, I have Ehlers-Danlos hypermobilty type. It may work for some knee issues, just not mine.
