I have tried numerous creme colored pencils for my waterline. This has been the best by far. I put off buying it for a while because of the price. However, I could never find a drugstore one that would last long. I tried this and won't be turning back! Great longevity, easy to apply, good color pay off, and glides seamlessly. 10/10 recommend!

Life changing! As I’ve gotten older my eyes have become more sensitive to eye liner and I’m a waterline girl since I grew up in the 90s. Every time I put eyeliner on the waterline my eyes immediately begin to burn; they feel like there’s pieces of glass in them. Since changing to this waterproof waterline eyeliner I no longer have that issue! It lasts all day, is ultra easy to use, and glides on amazingly. I am so so so happy that I found this product. Yay Urban Decay!

Why did I wait so long to purchase this? I have tried affordable makeup as well as luxury - when it comes to eye makeup I do not take chances. This pencil is every bit worth $25. The color is gorgeous! Once on and it sets, it is there for the day. I have brown/hazel-ish eyes and this shade is my favorite. I am 53 yrs old so I want something g that glides on easily without any tugging. This does both. A fantastic eye pencil and a must in your makeup bag, in my opinion.

I purchased the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Waterline Eyeliner Pencil – color Tootsie (cool medium brown matte). I wanted to try this because I was using another product (not Urban Decay) that also stated it was formulated for the waterline and discovered it didn’t work for me as I expected. The color is rich and applies easily. The description states that it’s waterproof and that is true in that I was only able to remove it using an eye makeup remover. However, I found that the product does not stay on for 24 hours on the waterline, but it did remain on longer than other products I’ve tried. So, keep this in mind. It also states that it’s smudge resistant and transfer resistant and that is also true as I did apply it to the corner of my lower lid, and it only smudged slightly after I purposefully attempted several times to make it smudge. So, in my opinion, unless you are constantly rubbing your eyes, you won’t have any problems with smudging on your skin. Additionally, in my experience, ensure that you use a sharpener that is specifically made for eyeliner pencils. In the past I’ve tried using a pencil sharpener that’s made for a pencil that’s used for writing, and it did not work at all. The only thing that happened was that the tip continually broke. Overall, I like the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner pencil. The color that I purchased was true to the description, and it was easy to apply. Based on the color and ease of application I would say the product is of higher quality therefore the price is reasonable. However, as stated above, the eyeliner did not remain on my waterline for 24 hours, but it did remain on my upper and lower lids for 24 hours.

Lasts a majority of the day before experiencing some fallout underneath my eyes. Doesn’t burn my eyes when applying and color is richly pigmented

Im 58...nearly 59. I like to joke that I no longer see my mom in the mirror...now? Holy smokes... Im seeing my grandma in the mirror! 😆 Makeup has been a part of my life since I was 13. It has always evolved, as I grew older and discovered better products Nothing has changed no matter my age. Because of age, Im now only lining above the lashes, between the lashes and my watermark line on top. I no longer line the bottoms as it just makes you look older. I have been frustrated looking for a true waterproof liner for the watermark line for the tops of my eyes...especially in the summer. It often pools in the corners of my eyes...making "eye buggers". 😆 I thought I'd give Urban Decay a try. It was easy to apply. It had no smell. It didn't irritate my eyes. It was a nice soft matt black. First time I wore it...about a 90 degree day. It pooled in all 4 corners of my eyes. I thought okay...maybe it will work better on a cooler day. I went to a fall festival with a lovely day of 74 degrees for a high. Absolutely a waste of money! Within 30 minutes both times... I was cleaning the corners of my eyes. I expected better from Urban Decay. I have many of their products that are great. Their eyeshadow stays on better than this liner! To make matters worse? When you use your fingers to clean the corners...it leaves a dark tinge on the skin like a smudge makeup mistake. I leaned after the 1st time to use tissue to carefully clean all 4 corners.

I’ve been trying multiple eyeliners on my waterline to find one w/o transfer throughout the day. This by far has the least. Put it in at 5-6am and come home 10-12hrs later with no transfer! Hooray! It can be sharpened which I appreciate. I find I go through it faster than I’d like for that reason, but not enough for me not to continue buying it. It’s worth noting I ONLY wear this on my waterline. But overall happy to have found this gem which is virtually transfer proof, and glides right on.

I thought this was going to be really good bcz they claim it's waterproof and it's kind of expensive, but it's not worth the money because it doesn't stay in your water line. In about 2 hours it all disappears and you have to reapply it. Same things as the cheap brands, so why pay so much! Not worth it.

Very pigmented and very smooth when applying, doesn’t ‘catch’ the skin. Will definitely buy again.

I find this eyeliner has more ‘stay power’ than many other eyeliners I have tried. I like it and will purchase it again in the future.
