I searched online for instructions on using IMT breathing devices. Too bad! I’m certain the device will work but the reputation of the company lost points for not providing adequate instructions for safely and effectively using this device.

I am very pleased with this product as it is smaller and more effective than competing products. I did not expect it to have a dieting effect, but I actually feel like my chest size has decreased since I started using it.
