I have been taking a probiotic that my Wellness doctor prescribed for me. I was looking on Amazon and found Optimal Immune Support Probiotics and it was comparable to the one my doctor recommended. I have taken these for years and attribute much some of my healthiness to probiotics and vitamins. I find that by taking these I do not feel bloated at ALL!! I much prefer to get these high quality probiotics from Herrman Health Products rather than drive 15 miles to my doctors office .

These probiotics seriously changed my life. I had a couple rounds of antibiotics last winter and was having terrible stomach issues. I was taking a different probiotic and finally realized they were expired...oops. Ordered these and the difference is amazing. The only thing that still gives me issues is dairy...these help if I have just a tiny bit but I still can't chug down a milkshake or anything:) Still, I feel better than I had in a long time, even before the antibiotics. Usually I just take one per day...on vacation I took 2 as a precaution since we were eating out more often than usual and felt great. I only wish they had a discounted two pack or subscribe and save option...still worth every penny though.

My cat was diagnosed with digestion and motility issues at a very young age. The vet suggested probiotics on top of some medication. So I sprinkle about 1/5 of a capsule on her wet food each meal and then leave the remainder of the capsule in the cabinet but outside of the bottle. She has been on these for a few years now. If I ever decide to cheap out and switch brands or forget and try to give her my more expensive brand, the powder inside the pill clumps up after the very first use. I can't tell you how it makes her feel, because I'm not psychic, lol. But if anyone else is using probiotics for the same reason and has the powder clumping issue when trying to re-use the same gel capsule, this will should be a quick fix to that problem :).

after taking this supplement longer than 30 days, I feel it is a good product. my digestion has improved so I believe this has been a help update: it has now been more than 2 months on this product and I do feel that it is very effective. jan. 15th. I plan to keep taking it. 5 stars.

I have had trouble with diverticulitis for several years. My PCP suggested that I try a probiotic with Benefiber daily. I tried several over the counter probiotic but didn't notice much difference in by symptoms. I was on Amazon one day a ran across Herrmann probiotics and decided to try them. I noticed a difference after about a week. I have been using them for about 3 months now and have less symptoms and have noticed I don't have to so stringent with my diet. I have had no severe symptoms since I started Herrmann probiotics.

I am pretty sure all of these reviews have been compensated in some way, but are being sneaky about it and aren't saying that they were given a free bottle or money or whatever they were for their "honest review." FOR ME - this was a complete waste. I wanted to try a different probiotic, but it doesn't matter if I take one or one hundred of these per day, they do literally nothing for me. It definitely doesn't regulate my BMs, so I'm fairly certain it's doing nothing else.

I'm not sure that these help my digestion as much as the more expensive refrigerated kind. I know that the non-refrigerated supposedly have additives to keep the cultures alive, but I just don't feel like they are nearly as effective.

I don't have anything negative to say about this product. It came as advertised really quickly. As an IBD sufferer, I have to take a daily probiotic daily. For the price point, this is a great deal and a high quality product. I would recommend it to pretty much anyone wanting to introduce a probiotic into their life.
