Absolutely delicious. Its thicker than what you are used to but not as thick as a glaze. The flavor is full bodied and I used it for a red sauce to add depth, but on a salad this would be amazing.

We have been ordering this for several years now and our oil and vinegar salads have taken on a total new appeal. I grew up with "white" salad dressings and always thought putting "brown stuff" on my salads took away the freshness and visual appeal of the salad. Maturity, experiences and travel opened me up to many new things. I learned to appreciate many foods I avoided when I was young and a really good Romaine based salad with arugula, peppers, onions, mushrooms, often with raisins, cranberries. walnuts and grated Parmesan topped with extra virgin olive oil and this great Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar has become a one of my favorite meals. There might be better Basalmics out there but this one does it for my wife and I.

Wonderful flavor
I use this to make oil and balsamic dressing as well as drizzling it on fruit. The flavor is just excellent and I find it to be thicker, sweeter and less acid than most brands. You can tell this one starts out with the grape must not vinegar and it makes a huge difference! Definitely recommend.

I have tried other balsamics and was not impressed at all.This one is much better. Just plain excellent on a big variety of foods.WAY too expensive.

Wow is all I can say it's amazing
Has a raspberry vinegar taste. Not tart but mild tangy and sweet. I can pour this straight on a salad it's that mild and good. Infact I Have bought raspberry vinaigrette that was very tangy sour and this balsamic vinegar is way better than any salad dressing I have bought. I'm amazed at the quality. Never will I buy cheap vinaigrette again. This is a must try.

Beware only 250 ml not 2x250ml
I ordered this thinking is was a 2 pack as stated on amazon page. However, when I received this order I was surprised to find it was a single bottle. On reading the small print I noticed that it said 250ml which is the size of one bottle only. There are other sellers advertising this at half the price - seemed a good price for 2 bottles which is what I thought I'd ordered but very bad value for just one bottle!
