Not as dark as I thought. Put on my arm to see absorption but as I’m tanned you can’t see it clearly. Other iodine I’ve had is darker and can clearly see absorption rate.

As i bought it I couldn't feel any difference. I still took it for two months, then stopped and put it aside. I didn't need this supplement apparently. Now 8 months later I wanted to check the expiry date and tried it again. And now i felt an immediate change. I feel uplifted and more fit, also my way of eating improved. And now I also liked the taste very much. After 10 days i felt ok, I don't need more right now. It just expired but I still use it for a little while from time to time before I buy it new.
