Excellent Gateway to The Deposit of Faith
Scripture coupled with depth provided by art, essays, excepts and writings from Church Doctors and fathers encourage me to go deeper, further up/in my faith journey each and every time I open these Bibles.

Explaining through the commentary is essential
I enjoy reading Revelation in particular because the commentary explains it so well. It is pretty heavy to hold so I put it on a table to enable making notes in the Bible.

Absolutely recommend
I will be buying the other volumes! It is full of beautiful artwork with in-depth explanations and each chapter contains commentaries from Bishop Barron and many others that allow for a deeper understanding of the Bible.

Great bible.
Word on Fire has done a great job of providing more then just the words in the Bible. They include thoughts from greatest minds through the centuries about the Bible. Thank you WOF and Bishop Robert Barron

More Than Just A Bible
I use it daily in my prayers. I like that it is in every day language that I can understand unlike my older bible. I love the art work and the many commentaries of various Saints, and Bishop Barron's homilies. All give wonderful insight to the different passages. My only problem is with the printing. I am 84 and it is a little small and light for me. However, I am enjoying using it.
