Solid, Sturdy, Simple, Very Effective
I use this ladder all the time to stretch my upper body, legs, torso to compensate for over exercising my hip flexors, chest and shoulders. it helps me tremendously align my posture. its helping me regain range of motion and hand grip. its a simple but effective tool for so many exercise / stretch movements. the key is to anchor the ladder to your wood studs with the bottom part of the ladder touching the floor. My only wish would be that they made the ladder another ft taller. its too short in my opinion.. It can support my full weight without any problems. Highly recommend.
