Battery drainage issue
Product is good and quality is also good. But the only issue i am facing with this is its draining my new Macbook Air M2 battery quite fast. my MBA M2 usually last 10-14 hrs when I do not connect external moniter using this hub. But while I use this hub to connect external moniter, it only last 4-5 hrs. :(

Great USB C Hub so far...but faulty
I have connected this hub with KVM switch. Does exactly as it says. I use it for one 2k and one 4k monitor and all displays are great. It picks up heat quickly but read it in response that it is normal !!! Update** Just returned it as one of the HDMI port stopped working.

Only works a handful of times throughout the year
Only used a few times, all ports stopped working. EDIT: However, customer service did make it right.

+10 months of daily usage
This was purchased in March 2023, still running without any faults. Charges laptop or HP tablet without any issues. Casts display (extend, duplicate, etc.) to two additional monitors (main screen on laptop or tablet and 2 other monitors as secondary and tertiary screens) without any hiccups. I have bought quite a few Ugreen products in the past few years and none of them have failed.
