Pretty, affordable but vertical housing for water lines is too small

Poorly Designed
Poorly designed product. Little to no margin for hose hookup in the base. very little triangulation on the base which means that you'll really want a wall mount bracket. With the metric dimension we had to order the wall bracket from the UK. The spout threads in rather than being captive. That means that if people turn it to redirect it, eventually it'll loosen up and leak

Confusing faucet and sprayer configuration
The faucet looks great with the free standing tub. The problem I had with it it is confusing to go back and forth from spray to free flow. The turnstiles for each are the same and look the same. So when you want just free flow water if youre not careful you end up spraying all over the room.

Awesome customer service.
Ther original faucet had manufacturer defect and the seller went out of their way to make things right. They quickly sent a new replacement faucet. Thanks to Vivian for her service and follow ups. You're awesome.
