Great product
Really like the product. My installation was challenging because of the substructure of the bathroom. Aolemi worked me to customize the water supply lines. Their solution worked very well. Great customer service!!!!

Quick Shipment, Easy to install and looks great
Picked up this faucet for our free standing tub in a new construction. It arrived quickly when so many others were experiencing delays and was easy for our plumber to install. We had a small problem with the supply line. Reached out, quickly identified the issue and a replacement part was shipped the same day. Faucet works flawlessly and fills our 50-gallon tub with no issues.

WHAT A PAIN!
If you are working on Slab floor, DO NOT buy this product... the water lines that comes with this product barely fit through the tube, and the length of them were too long so we ended up having to put in a pedestal to put this on top of. Definitely recommend going with a wall mounted faucet. The connections were so hard to get to, and way too small at that... not to mention it's almost impossible to tighten anything because it just twists and kinks your water lines. Pex is way easier to work with. I just hope it will last long enough for me to move out of this place, because fixing that or replacing it would not be fun.

Great product for the money
Very happy with this freestanding faucet. I did have one minor problem, I'm pretty sure I lost one of the hose o-rings while installing. I reached out to their customer service and dealt with Vivian, and she got me the replacement parts very fast. Great customer service, would definitely buy again.
