For simple file operations that's not a big issue, but if you're using it to evaluate a mountain of old hard drives its quite frustrating.Using Ubuntu (linux) is even more annoying. It's not recognized when connecting it via a USB 3 connection, and connecting to a USB 2 is much slower. Its probably a driver (kernel) issue but I've no idea how to get an improved driver.
