However, it is hard to pull it out and back in on daily basis.. good for long term storage.. once i forgot to push it to the side for it to stick and it slid under my foot while i was driving.. it is safe but you need to use it correctly..

The product needs to be assembled, is constructed with velcro. Overall was not at all content with this purchase but was not allowed to return this item so I kept it. For the price, I thought the material and overall item would be better. It is hard to remove the item from where it is under the seat because of the velcro. It honestly was just not what I was expecting but I guess it works as intended.The only good things about this item:-Fits very snugly underneath seat.-Does not move around.

I was prompted by family members who previously purchased their Teslas before I picked up mine.They mentioned essential additions that would aid in having some of the ‘normal’ layout similar to my previous car. These were on my list.Really excellent in regards of utilizing the available space pockets of the car. I’m truly enjoying them & the organization of items in my car (for each intended area).

It is what it says and does what it describes, but a few notes are warranted. 1) Fits perfectly under the Tesla Model Y/3 front seat (driver or passenger) in my case 2023. 2) It is secured there by velcro-like strips that latch-onto the Tesla carpet (press on to make secure). 3) If you attach it in the expected space and depth under the seat, it will not block the vents under the seat nor obstruct seat movement, however, depending upon your typical seat position (we are short so seat are further forward), it may require you to slide the seat back 4" or more in order to open the cover wide enough to get a hand or object inside. 4) If you attach it further forward, it will be easier to get into without having to slide the seat back as far, but it may obstruct the removability of your floor mats (because it will sit on top of them.) 5) The lid can either sit on top to close or you can velcro-like seal it against the front panel of the box, but that is a lot of velcro, maybe too much and is at least annoying if not sometimes difficult to open. So, I don't recommend doing that unless you have heavy rolling items inside. 6) It is assembled by folding it into shape and attaching the velcro-strips from the two side panels to the center panel in three places. Two sets of hands make this assembly easier, but expect to remove and reattach until you get the proper alignment... took me 10 minutes to get it right and aligned. 7) It serves the purpose for which it is intended, but I expect now that I would have preferred something that could be pulled out from under the seat... like a latchable drawer. Something that this box can not and does not do.
