I was so frustrated because my kittens scratched up the fabric on my high chairs from the countertop, and I had no idea how to fix it. This thing is great! We have bought many depillers over time and this one by far works the best. I didn't think that there would be a difference in quality between this and our last one, but man this thing hums right along.

I love how easy it is to use daily. Needs batteries. I use it on laundry or anywhere thatโs needed to be shaved to make the clothes look brand new

Great but then stopped working; Called Philips and they sent me a new one!
Worked great but when it was less than 2 months old, it stopped working. I only used it 3 times in 2 months and itโs dead. Motor seems to be burned out. I called the Philips warranty phone number and within 10 minutes of the call, they said they'll send me a new one. So I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 for their quick reply and replacement.
