Great Scooter
We have been using full size scooters for years but since we purchased our small car, we have not been able to transport them. It was necessary for us to purchase a regular wheelchair for appointments. I did a lot of on-line research and decided to purchase this G0-Go Ultra. We received it yesterday and we really like it. My mother, who does not do much lifting, picked up every piece of this scooter with little trouble. She can put it together and take it apart. We plan to keep it in the trunk of the car and carry the battery to the house. We will not be using it outside but it has good power and it is easy to turn. We are familiar with the "Pride" brand and it holds up very well. We have only replaced tires and batteries on our other scooter. My mother is anxious to try this out at the mall. The charger is very small and light.

handy and good quality
I have checked a lot of scooters for my husband's disability. Others look like they will fall apart. Others look strong but are very heavy. This is lighter than others, yet it is strong, stable and secured. Getting it in and out the trunk of our car takes me about a minute or 2 only to detach and to load all 5 parts. The battery can last for up to 10 -15 hours. Con 1- the seat is not as comfortable. My husband has gotten so thin that the bone of his butt hurts when sitting for a long time. The back is also not high enough to lean, especially if you are tall. But all other scooters are this way anyway. And others are even much much worse. Con 2- the battery indicator has about 6 bulbs (I think) which light from green to red (right to left). Problem is it will stay green for a long time, and the minute it gets to 5 bulbs, it suddenly drops to red. So you have to be aware of how long you have used the scooter already instead of relying on the battery indicator. In any case, you should always charge the battery full after every use. Con 3 - the volume of the horn is too soft - that when we are in a nosiy mall, it's quite useless. But all the cons I listed don't really bother us... just thought that others should know.

The perfect portable scooter
I bought this for my elderly father and he absolutely loves it. He has mobility problems and this wonderful scooter has allowed him to live a much fuller life. The turning radius makes it great to use indoors at his retirement home, in malls, and at Restaurants.I am a 70-year-old woman but have no problem disassembling it And putting it in the trunk of my car when I want to take my dad out to dinner or shopping. It holds a charge well, and the basket is handy for items my dad likes to take along with him. This is an outstanding product.

Nice product both in quality and Price.
Found only i thing that I do not like on this scooter: It's inability to run on, even, low cut grass. The first time I tried, it shut down and had to be re-set. Not a big deal except for the fact that I wanted a scooter that could ride on grass as well as sidewalks and streets. Now, If I want to look around my property, I have to do so by looking at my security camera monitors or have one of my sons get my lawn tractor out, so I can do my tour, on that. On solid surfaces, it's a comfortable, speedy, Tiger, and hills don't faze it. Soft surface, "no soap".! Everyone at vendor was Great. My fault for not telling them about surface requirements. Used only three times and stored in garage. Would trade up if I could get a good price.

Very happy with this scooter
I purchased this scooter two years ago, as I have been unable to walk more than a few minutes for many years. I have suffered for years with being unable to do much shopping or going anywhere with the family that involved walking and it was very frustrating. This scooter has been great! It is easy to take anywhere as long as you have the trunk of a car to put it in. Fairly easy to put in and out of a car, breaks down quickly. I have taken it on plane trips and it is easy to ride it to the gate and then have the airline check it into baggage, then have it waiting at the gate when leaving the aircraft. I have taken it all over Italy, Toronto and Niagara Falls very easily. The old sidewalks and streets in Italy can create some issues, and the scooter did take a real beating at times, but it held up exceptionally well and got me all over Rome and Florence with no problems. The battery always lasted me the full day when I was out. Buying this scooter has been a life changer for me, as I thought I would never be able to travel much again. I have the 3 wheeled version and it is very maneuverable, but I do have to be careful not to tip it when riding it over steep driveways, so I only gave it 4 stars in that area. Other than that, I am very happy with this scooter still after 2 years of running all over in it.

A Super Mobility Scooter.
My wife's increasing mobility issues coming from a degenerated spine and a irreparable hip tendon rupture made walking with a cane or a walker painful and getting around the house was difficult. I ordered the three wheel Go-Go Mobility scooter to see if it could help. It was delivered in three days, I assembled it in about a hour, and she regained her mobility within the house. Because it has three wheels instead of four, which makes it very maneuverable, she can ride it into every room of our house including the bathroom. The scooter is not designed to be used off of a smooth surface, tall grass would probably stop it, and it is too heavy for me to load into a car, even if I broke it down into several parts. My wife loves her scooter and would be lost without it. The scooter has been in use for five weeks as of this writing and there have been no mechanical issues at all. It is manufactured from quality materials and every part of it looks first class. The only negative thing for me is that the charging port is hard to get to and I have to get down on my hands and knees to hook it up. We've found that a full charge will last four days. April 1, 2021, Update: The scooter has been in daily use for about 14 months and I still rate it as five stars. I can think of only a couple of problems like the swivel seat mount has a worn place on the metal shaft and will not hold stationary in two positions, and the batteries have to be recharged every two days instead of four days. And I still don't enjoy getting on my knees to plug in the battery charger. However, there are some clanking noises developing now that appear to be transmission related and there is oil seepage around the drive shaft. Since my wife is totally dependent on the scooter for doing anything inside the house, I am ordering another scooter (same model) as an insurance policy against a possible breakdown.

Great Product and Trusted Vendor
I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this. There are more expensive scooters and a few cheaper. Though the Free Shipping helped make my decision and the fact that the seller has been in business for decades gave me the confidence for this $800 purchase. It showed up within the time I expected and the box was delivered with only one hitch. Since it was shipped to a business address the shipping company (Fedex) had to call and confirm delivery. When I opened the box there was some damage to the controls and I needed to contact tech support to get them to repair it. Tech support was friendly and very responsive. A+ there. They had the replacement parts shipped to the local repair technician who contacted me and scheduled an onsite repair that took just a few minutes. So for those who are on the fence on this chair. Go for it. It is a great chair and the support is great. The electric motor has plenty of torque to move me and a ton of equipment I have on it. And it recharges quick and holds a long charge. I held off writing the review until I had a chance to put it through some use and abuse and it sure can take it. Lots of great features and it sure looks good too. If you need more balance get the 4 wheeled version. I am using it for a foot injury and don't mind getting a little loose on the three wheels.
