Bad spot in center of signature pad
Purchased this pad back in May and recently a "dead zone" has appeared in the center of the pad. The signatures come out looking like the attached image.

Handy
We use the sig pads at the front counter in all of our branches. They hold up well and have a good configuration utility. The only issue I've ever had is with them not wanting to "wake up" after going to sleep. To get around that I just turn the screen saver off and there are no problems after that.
