Compu Pool Products GRC40GH (GRC/LM) Replaces Hayward AquaRite T-CELL-15 Cell

I've had this cell approximately four years and I was looking to order the same one for the price. I'm disappointed to see the bad reviews and for not being able to order the same for a new replacement.

We bought this cell in November 2013. It’s just now going out. We’ve had no issues whatsoever. We feel grateful for that. We are hoping to replace with the same one. The original name brand that came with the new inground lasted a grand total of 2 years!

Do not purchase, these do not last, no matter how well maintained. I've gone through 2 of them in less than 4 years. Was able to get compupool to replace the first one under warranty but it took a 3 month protracted battle to get it done... they are extremely unresponsive to warranty claims.

This salt cell lasted less than 2 years. I applied for a warranty in June 2018 and to date have yet to hear from anyone at the company. I have been emailing them since June and have gotten nowhere. I filed a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading | Department of Justice and Attorney-General in Queensland, AU and they have been trying to assist. This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I would have given them a -10 star if possible. DO NOT BUY anything that is made by Compupool.

These products are notorious for failing early. The temp sensor fails and the chlorinator completely shuts down due to “High Water Temp” sensing. The product I have is sensing my pool water at 166 degrees F. The temp sensor in the cell is apart from you Water temp sensor installed in your pool plumbing. I guess you get what you pay for in a sense....or sensor lol.

Do not buy these they are crap with a warranty like Tommy boys movie. It is slapped on the box with no intent of replacing your crap cell. Bought this a half a season ago and it failed in 6 months. Now it appears that the USA company left the country and no one will reply to my emails.

I agree with everyone who has commented that this is crap. DO NOT PURCHASE. If these guys are even in business, they should not be. Mine lasted only 2 years and I cannot get any response from the Salt Pool Store about any kind of warranty replacement. They responded once, then ghosted me.

Purchased this product. Worked great for about 5-months. TOTAL FAILURE. Manufacturer does not honor the warranty, and this cell is not repairable. Search online and you will see all of the problems.
