80/20 Inc. , 3393, 10 Series, Bolt Assembly: 1/4-20 x.5 Button Head Socket Cap Screw (BHSCS) and Slide-In Economy T-Nut (25 Pack)

I purchased a roof rack for a Mercedes Sprinter build and it came with similar looking bolts and although it came with 7 cross members, and I was mounting 3 solar panels, they only included 16 bolts with the slider nuts. I ordered this product to have enough to finish and the quality was better then the ones that came with my rack so I used them and saved the ones I already had for back ups. I was pleased with the quality and the length of the screw was a bit shorter but fine for going through the thin metal brackets for the solar panels.

Gives a nice, secure fit. Two drawbacks: the bolt is too big to fit into the holes of the Powertek quick release clamps, which was my purpose. I had to use a carbide tipped bit to expand the holes, and then it worked fine. Second, it requires an octagonal bit rather than the phillips. Now that I keep the octagonal bit handy, it works fine.

I have Victory 4X4 racks on my Tacoma, and they sold bolts like these for a while on their site, but they were like $20 for 4 of them. I bought a couple packs of these and they fit perfect, and now I can mount tons of stuff to my roof racks!

I do a lot of woodworking and I have always built most of my own jigs. Recently I made a new fence for my router table and used an 80/20 inc 1"x3"x36" exrusion. These work perfectly with it (as expected) but I was happy to note that they also work with my other t-track extrusions and slots from Kreg and other vendors. (They still work but not as happily with the wider t-slots on things from Rockler, but I mention that in passing as it is not an issue for me.) Definitely recommended and I'd buy them again.
