The first brace I bought was a little too tight, but instead of returning it I ordered another in the next size up and that one fits PERFECTLY. I was right on the edge between two sizes. If this is where you fall, I strongly suggest the next size up. The last thing you want is one that is too tight - you harm your circulation. Likewise way too big doesn't provide the stability you need. Measure carefully. I have worn the brace - the correct sized one - several days in a row and it provides all the support I need while working an 8 hour day on a concrete floor. It supports the knee very well. It took me a little getting accustomed to the brace, so don't give up on it without trying it for at least 2 to 3 days. Once I got used to it, I had no issues walking but I did have a little difficulty getting in and out of my car. I wear mine on the inside of my pants leg. I'm not sure how well this brace would work if worn on the outside. I would recommend this brace

I tried a few other braces before this and wish I hadn't wasted my time. I was sure nothing but surgery was going to help my knees and was just about limited to a wheelchair. Even getting from one room to another was extremely painful. Several other braces just didn't fit because I have larger thighs and, even with the largest sizes they didn't fit. I got the extra large size in this but definitely could go down a size. The great thing is that it still fits well enough due to the open design. It's comfortable enough and provides immediate pain relief and stability. I'm able to walk without pain and it's wonderful to have that freedom again. If you're on the fence about trying this just do it - you won't regret it.

My knees are in need of a dbl in replacement ( don't ask). Frustrating and new tears to the meniscus in both knees...(ladders not my friend) I ordered this on Prime days & realized that 2 didn't register...I swore I chose 2 for quanity...Soni ordered another asap yesterday & received in less then 24hrs! At 3am this Supreme brace came and by 6am when I awoke, I rushed to put on b4 my coffee was made!!! And I am so Excited and hope this will help withbwalking and daily tasks. Already I feel thebsupport and ease from twisting too much..my other one should be here shortly too..excited. As you know 1 must be in fit and in weight range for surgery..frustrating when its hard to walk and exercise. My heart and body will be happy to get out and walk again! Ty! I have had many braces in past 5 yrs+ and have to say...this one (for me) is Comfortable and study with ease. 4 stars because I haven't done a walk as of yet. Cruising around the house great! It will be warm and is bulky , but we're talking super supportive and at 6'1" pushing 300+ its perfect and don't care what I look like... I'm just a New Marvel Character now..😆

This seems like great quality and is comfy from what I could gather. It did not fit. I am 5'11" and a womens size 18, XXL. The top strap did not close so it was useless to use for what was needed, keeping my knee stable. Also, I'm not pear-shaped, nor do I carry weight in my legs, so that's not it. Runs small. But if it came in 4X, I would have exchanged it. Did not return in time, so into the donation bin it goes.

WHY!!!!!! Why would you sell plus sizes with straps that are for the smaller sizes. “THIS DONT MAKE NO SENSE!!!” Stop being cheap!! This is horrible designing and it’s cheap for companies and absolutely dumb. What is common sense telling you that a plus size needs…. Extra length straps. I’ll be able to use this but not the intended person. They need a 3x but the straps fit my leg. This is insane and poorly designed. It’s so frustrating that people who design don’t put their customers shoes on. It’s just ridiculous to think this would even work. Come on!!! WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SND WILL BE RETURNING IT!! Again, cuz the 2x should have fit based on measurements but it’s skin tight so went to 3x but got xl straps.

I previously purchased a brace from another company and I wanted the same thing. Unfortunately they did not have the size I needed available so I purchased this one. It is almost identical in appearance. The size, fit, comfort and stability are exactly the same and what I needed. So happy I can walk without having instability and less pain.

I really like how this brace is able to maintain my knee from popping in and out. When I am golfing, I am able to complete a 18 hole round. Go home and still be able to walk around my home and do outside home chores. This brace actually feels as if I do not have anything on most of the day. I can bend, I can stretch with it on I can even do light jogging, or even speed walking. I am actually going to buy a second one just to have when needed. No signs of rips, or tears. I can even kneel, on the floor and it has actual padding on the knee! No pain!!!! I love it, I recommend this knee brace for everyone. Thanks Omples Terrance Plumas Lake, Ca.

When I received it, it does look pretty solid and well made. I had a very painful torn meniscus. It really helped during my therapy sessions. When I put it on I immediately felt the strong support and relief to keep my knee intact. The only con about it, I just wish they had other color options like solid colors. Unless I missed it. I just immediately thought of Captain America when I first saw it. So I named it my Captain America knee shield. Hope this helped some. :)
