This is the Medium-duty Victor 100 series if you want a bigger torch buy one
This is a real Victor 100 series Medium Duty torch with properly machined parts that actually fit together the way they're supposed to. The main gas valves and the oxygen pre-heat valve operate smoothly and taper the gas flow as they should. The cutting valve doesn't stick and it operates smoothly. This is my blue wrench, brazing, and welding torch and it works just like the Victor I bought in the 80's... the way it should.I work on my vehicles, tractors, and outdoor equipment. It's unusual for me to cut plate over 1/4". Nuts and bolts don't really give a decent medium duty torch like this a real workout...It doesn't leak internally so it won't burn inside the torch as easily as the dangerous cheaply made Chinese knockoffs. If you're looking for a heavier torch get the 300 series Victor. This one does just fine for automotive and tractor repair.A 100 series Victor is not a heavy duty torch. Do your homework. If you are looking for a Heavy Duty Victor torch then buy a 300 series torch. Don't complain that the 100 series isn't big enough and give it negative reviews because you didn't do your homework.

I have had the aftermarket torches and that do not last. The first time I used the torch I fell in love. When cutting you push the trigger a little and you can control how much air blows out. Used it under a fifth wheel to cut out pins and had little blow back. The best torch on the market, well worth the extra money.

Do not buy
Do not buy this cutting torch!!!It is not heavy duty, and it has tiny connections. It’s almost a toy.

This is medium duty, if you want heavy duty then buy heavy duty.
If you have worked in an industrial environment you have likely used the heavy duty torches. I have one of those, the 315FC with CA 2460 cutting attachment. I wanted something smaller for when I travel. This fit exactly what I wanted, its medium duty and therefore smaller and cheaper. I admit, it seems a little small when you are use to the bigger one, but it cuts no problem. I have only used it up to 3/8" plate with propane, its cuts very well with the appropriate tip. The guys complaining below need to do their research and know what they are buying.
