Didn't work
Waited for my prior lamp to actually burn out before opening this one. Wish I hadn't Waited. Does not work at all and the refund window expired. Hoping the seller will exchange for an actually working product. Update- seller contacted me quickly offering to resolve the issue. Will update once resolved update- seller promptly resolved all issues. Excellent customer service

Great customer service
Package said guaranteed to last 200 days, but it did not and unsure how to get product support for this guarantee.Update December 2024: customer service sent me a new bulb at no cost and is now working properly. Save the card with the email that comes in the box.

Not bright and not long lasting
Bulb never hit its full potential with brightness. I tried messing around with settings on the projector but most definitely never saw true brightness with this replacement. I use the projector mostly for holidays and don’t have much run time on it. Got about 50 hours before it died and for about 15 hours before it was significantly dimmer than normal. Wouldn’t recommend at all as the overall quality is just poor.

My projector does constantly tell me in need to replace this lamp, but it works fine and looks as good as the stock lamp that came with the projector.

Great Affordable Bulb
The media could not be loaded. Haven't had it in very long so I'm not sure about its reliability but out of the box and into the projector it's pretty quick. If you have a Firestick in and nothing from it shows up on screen, unplug the Firestick and plug it back in. (That worked for me!) Easy to follow instructions are included along with a screw driver. But it's really short. So if you have a ceiling mounted projector you don't want to remove I suggest using a longer, standard Phillips head screwdriver.
