Play off winners not on match schedule even though these were settled a long time ago. Nothing on match schedule to say what time zone is used for kick off times.

Book was printed too early
Team profiles include teams who didn't make the finals. Schedule doesn't show playoff winners. Surely there was time to wait until finalists were decided. Newspaper freebie magazines are better than this. Keir Radnedge should be embarrassed t put his name to it.
