The Kinetica 3 cylinder door lock is a great choice for anyone who wants an inexpensive option for their front or back door security. The three-star cylinder design has been made to meet Kitemark British standards. More recently, this anti-snap euro cylinder was given the Secure Diamond Standard of security. The six pins involve anti-pick technology and are made from an anti-drill metal, making them difficult to tamper with. How the euro lock cylinder works A large percentage of burglaries involve lock snapping, which is why the Kinetica 3 Kitemarked Euro Cylinder Door Lock features a cut line on each end. This means that when force is applied to either side of the lock, the cylinder will break along that sacrificial line.
