I collect Honey's to add to food and drinks for Optimum Health and this is one it's a superfood honey it's made by beekeepers all organic does not have a high glycemic index or like refined sugar sugar soda that gives you that Russian Buzz it's a complex carbohydrate that releases slowly in your system and it actually has medicinal grade benefits for your brain health and your body and immune system and energy and it tastes great it's one of my favorite Honeys along with alte Acacia run honey and the manuka honey buckwheat honey all of them have brain benefits immune benefits overall health benefits and I've been taking them for quite some time and I do feel better and I'm more resilient at my older age to accidents and injuries and I've ever been before I don't bruise no information the stuff really works!

Its good taste but it came not sealed properly and it crystallized can that happens when its brand new product? not a fan of crystallized honey

I’m new to this product but it supposedly helps ease menopause symptoms and hot flashes with the Royal Jelly plus supports the immune system. I can taste the sugar crystals a little bit but it’s good just a little grainy. Well packaged and sealed!

The best immune support and super tasty honey. I had an issue with one of my orders and I contacted the company directly and they sorted it all out for me. Great customer service. I love their throat sprays, and lollipops/suckers too. The honey though is next level. FYI: If it arrives thick, just throw it in a bowl of boiling water for 5min and it’ll become the perfect consistency.

Love this superfood honey! The taste is pleasant, ingredients are top notch and I think its been giving me more energy. One thing to note is they list this as 4.32 ounce which is about 125 grams. This is a very small jar so I took a picture to put into perspective! Size aside, the product is great and price if fine for quality!

Great products I am not a fan of any honey but I got use to the taste after a while. I am taking it because I was diagnosed with lupus a few months ago and have noticed that since I am taking I have had hardly any flares my energy has boasted, I am now able to exercise which I wasn’t before my body felt to tired. I believe it has done a big difference in my life. It’s very expensive but worth it I am on my third week of taking it. I will do another update in about a month and see if there is more improvements.
