Excellent
It tastes good, but it works better. Best melatonin we have ever purchased, and we’ve tried quite a few different products. There’s a lot in the bottle so it’s worth the buy.

IT WORKS!
I've been taking melatonin off and on for years, often wondering why I bother because I questioned that it made a difference in my sleep. I finally decided to try one more time, this time with liquid melatonin by Solgar. And it definitely WORKS. I go to sleep faster and sleep better! Most of all I can tell a big difference when I forget to take it. I'm on my second bottle and am a happy sleeper!

This is the diamond in the rough and it's worth the money because it does the job and that's all I need to say. Let's just say that I've tried over 50 types of military men at the maximum induction this is the only one that delivers like it should

Good taste and clean label
Product is free of most allergens and tastes great. Liquid is a little thick, but I let it sit under my tongue for a few seconds before swallowing. Definitely helps my sleep quality, but I take a little less than the recommended amount to avoid feeling groggy in the morning.
