Why is there static crackling noises?

Static noise often comes from poor connections or interference. First, check jack for dust. Then try another cable or plug into another device to rule out damage. Keep wireless devices and high-power equipment away from IEMs to reduce interference

There are many factors that shape the final sound an IEM delivers to one's ear. Those factors include

1. The shape and size of the iem ear tips & proper fit 2.Materials of the iems ear tips (silicone / foam) 3. Source (quality of smartphone, laptop, digital audio player) is amplified / unamplified 4. Tweaking soundboard EQ 5. The iem earphones cables

How long is the iem cable?

KZ EDX PRO's cable is 1.2m, but there are extra length at 1.5 meter / 2 meter for PC usage from Yinyoo Store. Replacement Upgraded IEM Cables: KBEAR CX01, CCZ C01, KBEAR ST24 PLUS

Is it suitable for gaming?

Yes, particularly their ability to detect footsteps and spatial audio in games like PS5 and Xbox. Enhanced gaming experience due to improved sound clarity and directional awareness

Some tips for bass sound

1. Windows sound system - Bass boosting. This is a native Windows setting and will not diminish the overall quality of the highs and mids, but add just the right bass to balance everything. 2. Choose the right size of eartips
