Electro-Harmonix Vacuum Tube, 12AX7 Matched Trio, Instrument-Amplifier Tubes, Polished Finish

Installed and went out that night and did a four hour gig. They were perfect. Did a 3 hour gig the next night. Tubes sound great.

Makes a fender bassman rip. A great value for a slightly different tone than the rest.

These brand new valves are great.

I got these to replace the stock valves in my Marshall DSL20hr amp. The stock ones in the V1 and V2 slots had red Marshall logos and are suppose to be JJ's. The one in the V3 slot had a white Marshall logo and is just a generic Chinese one. The stock valves were very muddy and underwhelming. The Electro-harmonix made the amp sound clearer brighter and crunchier. It made it sound more Marshally than it already did. Great upgrade. I also replaced the power tubes with Gold Lion KT77's. It gave it a fuller sound.

They are not matched at all. They all test out at completely different gain levels.

I installed these in my Hughes & Kettner Grandmeister 36 to replace the existing ones. These tubes gave my amp new life. I usually use JJ’s but these would get here quicker. I love them!

These really brought my Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue to life! They provide a real smooth sound to your power tubes and are balanced perfectly for most styles of music. I paired mine with Tung Sol 6L6 STRs and a MIM telecaster with custom shop twisted tele pickups. The sound is exactly what I was looking for.

Arrived ahead of scheduled delivery. Tubes are operating as expected. No problems so far.

Funcionaron muy bien en un bugera 333, no tengo como probarlos ni medir la ganancia, pero mejoró mucho el sonido al reemplazar los 3 en la etapa del preamplificador

I would not recommend buying tubes on Amazon. It's a gamble. My two 12AX7 from The Tube Store measured 1400/1400 and 1450/1450 after months of use, so they're definitely Matched and I would recommend tubes from The Tube Store. BUT, I received this trio of EH 12AX7 today from Amazon, and they DO NOT MATCH at all. They measured 1800/1500, 1500/1450, and 1400/1200. The MINIMUM for a good 12AX7 tube in my B&K Tube Tester is 1200. So in addition to being UN-matched, one of them is weak. These should be labeled NON-MATCHED TRIO, picked randomly.
