Made the best mango sticky rice!
I used McCabe Sweet Rice to make mango sticky rice, and it turned out divine. The texture was perfectly soft and sticky without being mushy, and it had a subtle sweetness that paired beautifully with the coconut sauce and mango. The grains cooked evenly and smelled so fresh. I’ll definitely be buying this again!

with Covid....cant go to my favorite Vietnamese restaurant for sticky rice. This was great. I am not a sticky rice cook but this met my flavor needs.

Rice is "ok", but I'm not sure if that's b/c the item was already ripped open from the manufacturer or Amazon's downward quality in packaging.
