How do i go about getting a refund or replacement, all i see is “return product” in this pack of 50 i only received 4 pins total??!

Contact the seller directly- you can search your invoice in your email for your purchase and there will be a contact seller option listed there in your invoice. If you can't find your invoice you can contact Amazon- I've had to do that also. Hope this helps. 🙂

Do they come in boxes? I want to give it to my daughter as a gift.

There is just one box that all of the pins are stored in. if you want to give her all the pins, that's perfect. These are cute but hardly the quality that I think using an individual box for each pin suggests.
