Is the dollsface soft?

It's not super soft but is pliable. Not really hard like most that you find in stores.

What is the difference between the $59 pink doll and the $69 vinyl doll

I think the difference is in the material. The more expensive doll is completely made from vinyl including the body and the cheaper version has vinyl limbs, head and the body is made of cotton stuffing. The vinyl body will be more durable and the limbs/head could possibly detach over time.
