I received this product very quickly and it was a simple job to perform. I was able to remove the old rods and replace them with the new ones by myself with no problems. I put the top back on place and ran a load through and the knocking was gone. I give this product a high rating as there were no problems replacing the worn out parts and the machine is working great, parts looked very much like the ones removed. This part does look well built, and the washers balance is checked to be on the safe side. I thought the price was affordable and the shippings free for Prime members. Because I was able to diagnose and fix the problem myself saved me from having to call a technician.

These are top notch they work better then the originals from when I bought my washing machine and the guy had no problems installing them nice and quiet takes heavy loads no issues very sturdy and a very good value for my money!

My Samsung WA50T5300AC/US would have the washing drum banging on the sides of the machine while spinning, didn't matter if it was at low speeds or high speeds. Which eventually would produce the Unbalanced load code. After a lot of searching the internet for fixes on this issue, I decided to try my hand at just changing the suspension rods myself. Which brought me to this item. Super easy to install. Plenty of easy videos to follow on YouTube. After installing these brand-new replacement rods into my washing machine, I was able to get one load of laundry to run totally through to the end of its cycle without getting an unbalanced error/code. The next day, my family did a couple loads of laundry, both ended up having the unbalanced code again. Even though they had the error code, I continued to look for possible issues/fixes. I did the calibrate mode, and then ran a load again. Still ended up with the banging washing drum, and error code. Flash forward about 6 months, I have had it with this Samsung washing machine and will never buy one again. But this machine is only 2 years old, so I had to try to fix it one last time before throwing it out. I bought a different set of suspension rods here on Amazon. Installed them, ran the calibration mode on the machine. Zero issues. The last two days we have ran about 10 loads through, no banging, no error codes. The drum appears to be completely stable. I understand how frustrating this error code/ issue is, and I hope this helps anyone else out there with this issue.

They were easy install and worked great at first. 8 months later and I came home to 3 rods snapped mid wash. Very disappointing. Expected much longer useful life. Update: Seller was very helpful and replaced these with the new upgraded ones for free. I appreciate their willingness to make it right and therefore have updated my review.

I ordered these to repair the washing machine, as I was having problems with it, and appliance repair persons are way to expensive. This was definitely a two person job....but, we managed to get it done, and I saved myself $150.00 including parts.....Thank you for having after market, and repair parts for the novice. These were similar to the original parts, and worked perfectly..

The install went smoothly, but note that these aftermarket rods are 5 mm in diameter, while the OEM parts are 6mm. Based on what I have read/watched online, and if you can afford the OEM parts (and that's a big if, as each OEM rod is around $100), I would recommend the originals. Consider these a stopgap and expect them to wear out within a year. That said, the aftermarket rods worked fine, and the unbalance problem has been resolved...for now. There are several how-to videos on the repair. I decided not to remove the entire top (you need to disconnect about a dozen wires) and instead, rotated it 90º. Removing the back plate allows easy access to a couple of wire harnesses and a water line that wraps around one of the rods.

I bought these 6 months ago, and they are still working fine. I am so glad I didn't spend $200 on the OEM replacement. These are just as good.
