Yes, the watch band is adjust, you can use the watch band remove tool to remove the links, if you dont have these tools, only one Hammer and one Punch Pins is ok.

I've had it a couple of days but like anything I think u wouldn't want to wear it every day looks to me like a special occasion watch going out with friends things like that. Not to wear every day .
